This is a standard grade property overlooking the Chaliyar River on the outskirts of Calicut. The cottages offer views of the backwaters and the lush coconut plantations. The architecture of the hotel is a blend of Mappila and Hindu styles. The hotel has a couple of restaurants which offer traditional Kerala Malabar cuisine, Continental and Chinese, a swimming pool and a small paddling pool for kids.
